We ask that guests please arrive at the venue at 3:00pm to ensure our ceremony starts on time at 4:00pm. To access the mountain, guests can either park in the parking lot of the venue and take the ski lift up, or guests can drive to the top of the mountain via the route outlined on the Q&A page. Please ensure you arrive with enough time to get to the location before the ceremony begins. Anyone who shows up late will not be permitted access to the ceremony. We recommend our guests arrive early to take in the sights, catch up with loved ones, and ensure a stress free start to the evening.

Immediately after the ceremony, signature drinks will be available at the Upper Chalet which is located next to the ski lift on top of the hill. We encourage our guests to take part and enjoy the scenery before heading back down the mountain to the Main Ski Lodge Patio where cocktail hour will commence. We ask that guests please be mindful of consuming alcohol if they drove to the top of the mountain as they will have to drive themselves back down following the ceremony.

The reception will take place inside the Main Ski Lodge and will begin after the wedding party arrives. The meal is platted and guests will have options to choose from when they RSVP for the wedding. Our reception has an open bar and a shuttle is available so our guests can fully enjoy themselves and get home safely. We cannot wait to celebrate with you!
