Q + A

Are Children Invited?

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adult only event with the exception of children that are in the wedding party. Thank you for understanding.

Can I bring a plus one?

We have a strict guest list to keep our wedding intimate. Our wedding is RSVP only and we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Is there a dress code?

The dress code for our wedding is formal. Examples of formal attire include fancy cocktail dresses, evening gowns, floor length dresses, suits, or dress shirts with dress pants. Please avoid wearing colours that are traditionally reserved for the bride. The ceremony will take place in a grassy area so please plan your footwear accordingly.

what time should I arrive at the venue?

We ask that guests please arrive at 3:00pm. The ceremony takes place on top of the mountain and can take some time to get to via the ski lift or the service road. Arriving early allows for a bit of socializing before the ceremony and ensures everyone gets to the top of the mountain with time to spare! Please note that anyone who shows up late will not be allowed into the ceremony and will have to wait at the base of the mountain until cocktail hour.

can I take photos during the ceremony?

We've hired very talented photographers and videographers to capture the day so that guests can sit back, relax, and enjoy the evening. Our ceremony will be completely unplugged and we will ask guests to turn off devices before the ceremony begins.

will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Both! The ceremony , signature drinks, and cocktail hour will be outside and the reception will be indoors.

What happens after the ceremony?

After the ceremony, the wedding party and immediate family will be taking pictures nearby. During this time guests can enjoy a signature drink at the Upper Chalet before heading back down the mountain for cocktail hour on the Patio.

Will transportation be provided?

A shuttle is available to take you home after the wedding. Your vehicles can be left at the venue overnight for pick up the next day. Please see the "Stay & Shuttle" section for more details including hours of operation and the designated stops.

Do I need cash for the bar?

The drinks are on us, but the hangovers on you! There will be a full open bar during cocktail hour and the reception.

do i have to take the ski lift to get to the ceremony?

No! If you're afraid of heights or simply not comfortable on a ski lift there is a service road you can take to get to the ceremony. Please remember that signature drinks will happen at the top of the hill and if you drive to the top, it will be your responsibility to get yourself safely back down the service road to cocktail hour at the base of the hill. Please click on the interactive link below for directions on accessing the wedding via the service road.
